As a pioneer with over 30 years experience in the recruitment field, Barry Siegel received recognition in the November 2002 issue of Human Resources Outsourcing Today magazine as the person who “invented Rrecruitment Process Outsourcing.” The same publication also honored him as one of the "100 Superstars of HR Outsourcing“ three years in a row." He has authored the book "The Keys to Successful Recruiting and Staffing” as well as numerous online articles, and a chapter on recruitment outsourcing in "On staffing: Advice and Perspectives from HR Leaders."
In 1983, as the Executive Vice-President of Southern Operations for Bernard Hodes Advertising, he conceived the original concept widely known today as Recruitment Enhancement Services ® (RES). RES was the first organization to offer recruitment outsourcing and applicant management services. Today, under Barry's leadership, RES is a leading provider of Total Outsourced Solutions .
Barry holds a B.S. in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, has been a member of Who's Who Worldwide, and is a lifetime member of America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals. A recognized innovator and authority on cost effective recruiting, Barry has been a featured speaker at major meetings of numerous professional organizations, including the Employment Management Association, Society for Human Resource Management, International Quality & Productivity Center, and the Bureau of National Affairs.
CARY WEINER Senior Vice President
Cary has 25 years in human resources with a heavy concentration on recruitment. He began as a recruiter in the pharmaceutical industry and later held the position of Director of Human Resources for a real estate company. His experience also includes 3 years in a contingency agency and 4 years in executive search before joining Recruitment Enhancement Services ® in 1985. Cary has helped clients such as Xerox, Rockwell, Frontier Corporation, BellSouth, Toys R Us, Sybase, Chase Manhattan, TIG Insurance, and General Electric during major recruiting campaigns. Cary holds a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University.
